Before Jenna’s emergency session with Tracey she had a cut and color that just didn’t meet with expectations. Jenna went to a different salon to try and get it fixed only to leave with things worse. Finally on a recommendation from a friend Jenna called Tracey. Not only did Tracey take her from frightful to fabulous she restored Jenna’s confidence in her beauty and brought a smile back to her face.
