Today I was blessed with another day of life and confirmation of why I do what I do.
In the span of 24 hours I have seen my photos used to: 1) Honor someone that helped save a life, 2) Highlight two people that help others make sense of life insurance, and 3) Help raise support for someone at the end of her life.
I have always felt at ease with my camera and an unrelenting inspiration to serve others through photography. I recall the magic of watching a Polaroid of me develop when I was four and then seeing the same thrill as I shared my own photography with others. I remember looking through magazines and dreaming about being featured in print and then seeing that dream realized. I remember when the music minister at my church died unexpectedly and how I found comfort in the hundreds of pictures I had captured over the years.
