We share information only with third-party service providers that help us operate our business:

• GoHighLevel — our CRM, used to manage leads, bookings, and client communications.
• Cloudflare — our hosting, DNS, and analytics provider.
• Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic and conversion measurement, with IP anonymization enabled.
• Setmore — our session booking platform (linked off-site, not embedded).
• Zenfolio — our client gallery delivery platform.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.

SMS Opt-In Details

Customers and prospective customers may opt in to receive SMS messages only by submitting the SMS opt-in web form at https://fredshots.com/a2p-opt-in. That page includes two optional SMS consent checkboxes, one for informational and transactional messages and one for promotional messages. Both checkboxes are unchecked by default. SMS consent is not collected through the general contact form, scheduling form, newsletter form, phone calls, verbal requests, paper forms, or any other channel for this campaign. • Server logs: retained for 30 days for security and reliability.
