The SMS program and messaging use cases include inquiry replies, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-up after a photography session, delivery of online gallery links, review requests, customer service replies, and occasional promotional offers. Fredshots Photography LLC does not collect SMS opt-in through the general contact form, scheduling form, newsletter form, phone calls, verbal requests, paper forms, or any other channel for this campaign.

Our total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to the amount you paid us for photography services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
